Hey, what's going on. I'm currently finishing up my first KAE to KADE swap and got some riddles that need to be answer, after staring at the FSM for hours with no answers and searching till i went brain dead, I'm finally turning to you guys.

Riddle one,
What two coins make 30 cents and one is not a quarter?

Riddle two (dumb, dumb question but I need it answered ),
The battery connection that is alone with no other wires, hooks up to the battery and the other ends routes to what? This might be why I'm getting no spark??????

Riddle three (more of a situation)
So I finally got my tranny to go in (before I dropped the engine) and now my freaking fork seems to be locked in the in position and angled awkwardly. My clutch is also all the way pushed into the fork and also angled weird. I had to put it in neutral cause there is no pedal feel in my clutch and it is engaged.

In the FSM, the battery hook up cable is attached to the lower harness. The one I have is not part of the lower harness and is attached to the body and routes to the other end where there's an eyelet that attaches to what?

Bump for help............All I really need help is with the battery line, Im taking off the tranny to see whats up it should just be the fork that slide off or something. I checked the fuse of the alternator and it was crap so I installed another one and still no spark. Checked the distributor and it was 180 out so I fixed it and still no spark. When I talked to the guys in the dealer ship they told me that it should be grounded to the body but in the middle is already attached to the body, it wouldn't make sense to plug it twice to the body. Heellllllppp!

This is the one I'm talking about, anyone. I keep hearing ground it but to where? Are you sure or is that a guesstimation.

that should be for power and it goes to the starter, the ground connects to the body and then to the intake manifold

I say stop right there and take it to someone mechanically inclined. How can you f up a tranny install with the engine out of the car? Battery not grounded, Fail.... Then post picture of why you failed Epic Oh yeah one is not a quarter 3rd or second graders can answer that one for you and help you install a battery as well. No offense to the member that actually posted an answer to the riddle number one. But...if you answered after that you fail too! no go help him install his battery correctly then take a nappy poo!

I think this riddle is getting out of hand.

1 Quarter + 1 Nickel (Not a quarter)= 30 cents

Well getting back to the subject, I just grounded the end of the cable to the intake mani. I took of the tranny and yes the fork slip of cause I didn't clip the end of the pin into the slot in the middle of the two forks, yes i slapped my self.

I was right, and as usual, you were wrong.

Riddle 2 = It is the lower engine harness, connects to starter, trans, etc. Look up a diagram.

Riddle 3 = I know this is going to suck, but, your going to have to wiggle the tranny back off and try to realign the forks. It's like screwing in a bolt that has started to get stripped, and you just keep screwing it in, until finally you fuck both the nut and the bolt up. You don't want to fuck both your engine and you tranny up, I would also suggest taking some pictures.

Got the engine to start up a few times, but now for some reason it stopped. It's cranking but not turning on, all the timing is correct. What would make an engine turn on multiple times and then just die down. When I had it running, whenever I tried giving it gas it would boggle and die. Any ideas?????

Well, I had distributor 180ed off and I switched the 1 and 4 wires before. I said fuck it and double checked everything again and set the distributor timing right this time and it started up nicely. Took out the tranny and the pin that holds the pivot ball popped out. I slide it in again and it alll seems to be good. Thanks for the help.
