S13 Sr20det crank but no start help!!!

Ok so i just tried to crank over my s13 blacktop and it just wont start. I took out two of the spark plugs and they were both dry, so I suspected that the fuel injectors weren't coming on i check the voltage at the ground side of the injector and it dropped from 12v to 8v which i found a little odd. I would think if working properly it would drop the entire voltage but im not positive. please someone with advice or tips help me out.

Have you checked for spark? Also, make sure the plugs are in good condition. You need to resistance check all of the injectors as well.

checked the resistance on the injector look to be all at 11.4 ohms. Just wondering here to i only have 87 octane in the tank would that affect it that greatly i know that higher octane is important for boosted cars but would it keep it from starting completely?

ok a little update for you i grounded out each injector out one by one and they all clicked which makes me think that they are all good and i didn't notice any kind of clicking when cranking. So im thinking that the injector isn't getting grounded out by the ecu. Anyone no how i can check this?

Know it sounds dumb but do you have the fuel lines on correct. the fuel coming in goes from fuel filter to the rail and the return line is coming off the fuel pressure regulator
