RTV. A crush washer won't seal very well, teflon with only seal the threads, not the hole around it.

take off the pan. clean all surfaces. get black or clear rtv and reseal it. you can also go pick up a tube of toyota "fipidge." its their version of rtv. that stuff is the shit.
