Send a message via AIM to Full-Lock
you may want to try the reigonal section, you'll probably get more help there.

It's a KA. Drive it until you get tired of it. It'll last you 200k+ with just basic maintenance. Change the motor oil, gear oil, sparkplugs, air and fuel filter, and think about changing the water pump and thermostat soon. You can also clean up the smog equipment and idle control valve but I wouldn't bother unless your car was idling funny or if it wasn't passing smog.

Everything is else is a fix it when it breaks kind of thing such as distributors, alternators, coil, leaky injectors, coolant temp sensor, high pressure p/s hose, p/s pump, a/c compressor, radiator, and clutch fan.

Timing Chain

Use the Regional Section to find a shop. This is an International Forum, we don't all know (or care) what goes on in Southern California.
