1996 nissan hardbody ka24de vs 240sx ka24e
im looking to turbo my little nissan pickup. and yes i have looked into the SR swap, but to much work, time, and money that i dont have, nor want to give up. so the next best thing - the KA. My question is, whats the difference in the intake manifolds on the pick up and the 240s. Life for me would be easier if it was just a direct swap, but im sure its not. Has anyone done this before? If so any advice, it would be much appreciated.

Intake manifold is HEAVILY different. The Hardbody trucks are TPI and I'm certain the head flange is different. You could cut a 240SX manifold up and weld the runners on to accept a fuel rail and plenum, but it's a lot of fabwork.
