RB [RB] Fully forged Tomei(?) crank identification help

First time back on this forum in years!

So i have found an old RB stroker crank when cleaning up some storage.
This i got together with rest of the shortblock (blue painted block) that was mounted in a tuned skyline imported from Japan to Norway (this was early in the 2000's)

I keep telling myself that the internals and Crankshaft was from Tomei (but I could be wrong) There is no logos or any other details on the crankshaft, other than a hand-written number at the end " 12362 / 29"

Can anyone here help me identify this crankshaft?
Cheers from Norway.

Here are some pictures to help.
