idle funny

ok guys any help will be greatly appericate it. so here it goes. its a 92 couple with black top sr20 running on power fc. the problems i am having with my funny idle is when i start up the car in the morning it would jump from 1500-2000 rpm while is cold but when is fully warm then it would stay at around 1500 rpm..the car drive great with no problems while running but when i let go of the gas and clutch the idle would jump from around 1300-1800 rpm non stop until i slow down to about 10-20 mph then it would hold at 2000 rpm. after comming to a complete stop at a light the idle would start jumping again from 1300-1800 rpm again until i start going. while my foot is on the gas paddle the car run with no problems at all. thanks for the time guys and any help is appericate it. thanks again.

i dont think the power steering pressure sensor casue it that. cuz alot of Sr motor ppl doesnt hook it up from what i know. and as well as i am running D jetro. in this few days i am gonna check out iacv or tps to see if thats causing the problem. if not then it might be my power fc setting since i havent properly tune it. and i might need to get it done professionaly.
