The sway bar mounts are finished front and rear now. 2 of the 4 bars are complete and I am slowly completing the remaining two as I work on other stuff. I also finished the titanium alloy blades for the other sides. They will have a two way adjustment to compliment the fully adjustable IMGAB blades. I got a great deal on the high profile/velocity Spal 12" fans to replace my low profile craptastic ones. The new ones are 1650cfm for each fan...
I also got a really nice fluidyne oil cooler ($75) to replace my mocal that was crunched in the crash. |

You should make the title of your next thread " Worlds most badass thing ever created"
All I can say is im glad you can build this stuff on your own, or you would owe alot of money to some alms car shop by now.

Thanks guys. Your FD & FC are both retarded Luke...the FD looks so sexy in that sig pic. The materials for the Ti blades were $72 shipped from latvia
I think the cooler should be fine with a thermostat. My last Mocal was similar footprint but 2/3 the thickness and that got very hot. |

Make sure you do some ducting to the oil cooler if it's getting that hot. Mine never gets over about 100-110 deg F over ambient with a smallish B&M core sitting behind my passenger front corner light(which I take out for the track). |

The rear sway bar setup is complete. Bladed arms are from both IMGAB in Sweden and the Titanium alloy ones are made in-house. There are both hard and soft bars in yellow and green respectively, for both the front and rear. Tim at TIP Engineering is responsible for the re-mapping of the suspension setup. New spring rates, Ohlins damper re-valving (AMF Motorsports) and ARB rates were all spec’d by Tim on paper. Every possible number was taken into consideration by Tim (down to the weight of each individual unsprung part). This is completely new and previously, there was only a front anti-roll bar. The improvement should be huge. There is much more spring and damping to accommodate the added downforce and tire. As far as straight line speed, the power to weight ratio with the new turbo will be greater than both a Mclaren F1 and a Ferrari Enzo and about the same or a little better than a veyron. It is quite exciting for me but I really have no idea how I will manage to drive it. Whatever
The front sways will be done by the end of the day (sunday). |

That's AWESOME! The blade sways are the jam, of course, but the fact that Tim blueprinted your whole suspension setup is GREAT!
I'm really excited to see some more video!
