Drifting.com horrible customer service
After placing an order on a DVD on the 5th of this month I waited for 5 days to get a tracking number. The shipping said 3-5 business days and it was coming from USPS. I never got a tracking number and after 5 days no DVD in the mail. I then emailed them and waited with no response. I then decided to call them and they said they had the tracking number and would ema it to me. Ok cool. I track the order and to this day it still says electronic shipping in received. This means they haven't even shipped it. This is funny to me now because when I called the second time on Thursday the 11th they told me the order was picked up and shipped and that I would receive the package no later than Saturday maybe Monday. I accepted that and waited. I tried tracking it again With no updates to the tracking info. I thought it may be broken. I ordered something from another place where they use USPS also. Immediately after receiving my tracking information I was able to see updates on the shipping progress which has me to believe that they are just lying to their customers to get them to stop calling. Well I've been trying to contact them and now I can't get a hold of them at all. I it want what I ordered and in the time that they gave their word on. This is getting absolutely ridiculous, especially now knowing so many other people have been having issues with them. Not impressed with them as a company and will not be doing business with them in the future. But I still want what I paid for!

Didnt even know they were still around. They were good back in the day but ive heard a lot of bad things about them within the past 2 years.
I ordered a few shirts from them probably 4 years ago and the transaction was perfect though. |

lol i used to get jdm insider dvds from there a few years back. had no problems. their message board is DEAD now lol.

This is the kind if a shit I'm talking about. How are they even still a company? With all the people that have been having issues and the people that ordered and have yet to receive anything, how has there not been a lawsuit with them yet?

They "process" the order so it looks like it was shipped and then they try to blame in on USPS. It's a sneaky trick that usually works. Sucks man, hopefully everything gets resorted back.

I ordered a dvd from them like 4 years ago. it took over a month to receive it. The first time I called they gave me the same bs, that it was on the way. After 2 more weeks i called again and they said that they sent the dvd to the wrong address (BS). and a week later i received the dvd.
I would never deal with these people again. |

So I've called them like 30 times during their business hours today. They didn't answer at all. I've gotten a few busy tones which has me to believe they are there but they are screening my calls. I waited 30 minutes and called from my girlfriends phone. They answered, nobody spoke, I said hello and they hung up. Now they aren't answering calls from her phone number either. I'll be contacting my lawyer tomorrow because although its only 35 dollars it's the principle and they have fucked many people.

After getting a hold of them everything was resolved. He went down and shipped it for me personally and even sent me the tracking info along with a picture showing it was done. I now know it was shipped and have the tracking info along with the updates from USPS. All in all I'm pleased they were able to take care of the situation.

Same here. I never got what I order from them either in the early 2000. First and last time I ever got ripped off.
Better Business Bureau huh?...I've been dealing with them for other clients. Our low expectations of that Bureau is unfortunately always met. You can't clean shit with shit and expect diamonds. If you can find out what city and/or county they are operating from and go to that county's Clerk-Recorder Office or City Hall to obtain a copy of their business license. You should be able to find contact information and an actual contact person.

I just want to confirm my DVDs are not them nor are their DVDs mine...People get us confused sometimes...
I am not sure that they are even still making/selling DVDs? |

Update on this fuckers.
Ordered my dvd 10/26 Waited for a few weeks with no package,email or answered phone call. Made dispute with PayPal and escalate it on 11/15. Last day to reply for PayPal is 11/25 Today 11/24 they finally sent a tracking info and give it to them but when I tried to track it, shipping info is unavailable. Anyone know this fuckers because I'm gonna go there and get my money back somehow.

They are hit and miss. I ordered 4 shirts, perfect transaction. I order two dvd's and never received them. Contacted and they sent out more, never received. Same thing over and over again. Basically came down to me giving up because I was sick of dealing with it over and over again.

Same here. Ordered a dvd 2 years ago, eventually got USPS tracking but it never went past "label processed" I forgot about it until months after the fact and I figured it was too late and not worth my time. What a joke of a business. |
