I'd recommend buying a Q45 diff, 3.54 (91-95) and 3.69 (96-01),, it will give better top end on the hyper gear turbo AND better millage vs the stock 4.08 diff

Yeah, Turbo feels great, still spools quick and pulls real nice only running .7bar and feels great I cant wait until I get injectors and a tune at 1.2bar , I defiantly recommend this turbo to anyone that just wants a step up turbo that bolts right up.

Not much to update, been busy more on other ppls S-chassis than mine, I kinda have my own local shop now haha

The Alt crapped out on me and had it rebuilt along with the starter.

Slapped on the Q45 TB since im running the Hyper Gear Turbo.

My DIF Fan Controller relays finally fried about a month ago due to the high amps my FAL's Pull.

Ordered a DIF PWM Fan controller rated at 60 amps so shouldnt have anymore problems

And ordered a Greddy/Gracer front lip for the car.

Theres alot i wanna do,

I wanna get a tune now, after lots of research Ive been reading that when you push more air into the R33 RB's the computer will pull timing and add more fuel as a safe measure I guess as well as the 1 Bar boost cut.

Which seems true cuz im only pushing .7bar-.8bar ,and when pushing .8 I feel the power band drop off in the mid to high RPM's.

But when I steady the boost at .5 bar using the throttle it pulls awesome.

I would love to just get the ECU tuned but since this car is more of a DD for me, but the R33 ECU is a pain in the ass to get tuned I'd have to get a Z32 TT computer get that tuned but then I have to switch around a few wires which I kinda dont wanna do.

So its either Tuned Z32 ECU or Power FC$$

I also want to order some $plit Fire Coils

But other than all this the Engine has been running great, I still DD this thing everyday

Just got in my PWM fan controller
Its alot bigger than i though

And got in the Greddy Gracer front lip!

Im torn though, due to the front mount this section hit the IC.

So i dont know if i should modify the IC or just cut this area.... Id hate to do that since its such an expensive piece

i just installed it yesterday, its bigger than the Previous model but beefier so im fine with that.

The PWM system is also a ground triggered rather than applying 12V.

But I like it so far, Right now my temps are at a steady 80*C and the fans are probably on running at 20%, It crazy on how slow they are running but keeping my temps stable

I hit 115*C with my Rb25. But that was with no fans. They quit working from not getting enough power. So I am going to wire in a switch to mine.

Nah no new vids been really busy for the past couple of months.
im only running about .7bar on the Hyper Gear turbo.

Still no tune, Im working on getting A/C back in the chassis right now since its starting to heat up now.

But when i get a tune I think Ive decided on getting a Power FC for it

Thanks! Im loving it too, Before with just the bumper it was alright but that lip made it look a 1000X better i think.

I really want a Silvia Kouki Wing now, I was hoping to have one before IFO but the damn Alt and DIF controller just had to crap out on me :/

Damn, I'm currently in the process of fully stripping/rebuilding my s13 coupe and have been back and forth for a while between building my SR or swapping to an RB while everything is out anyway... I think this thread just made that decision for me..

Awesome work man. It's nice to see people that actually go into such detail building an S-chassis... So many are so hacked and ziptied together..

Props on the lip too, looks awesome.

Well for shits and gigs and to get out of the house, I went to an IFO over here and entered my car into it, First time I ever entered a car into a show so wasnt sure what to expect.

I wasnt expecting to win anything, but chances seemed good seeing what else was competing in the show.

well about an hour of being there, the judge came and walked around and look at me car he didnt ask me anything about the car at all.

he was looking at the Engine like he didnt know what it was, So I told him "Its got an Engine swap if that matters at all" He then replied "yeah Its an RB25" So I said "Oh ok So you Know" He replied "Yeah I am an IFO Judge"
I then Laughed at him lol

But after that then then knew that the car show was a Joke and knew some Riced out Honda was gonna win. Stayed for a while hung with some friends drank some beer and left that shit after i had some lunch.

Probably wont ever go to that shit ever again.

Just to clarify I dont care that i probably wouldnt have won anything, just suprised that this highly talked about IFO is a Joke.

Yeah the IFO's have turned into nothing but hondas and scions. I stopped attending them months ago due to the same gay experience. This one was at Belle Rose or State Capital?

Nah this one was over In Shreveport LA Def a wasted drive, There was only one other S-Chassis in show and it was some stock SR swap S13.

There were 2 S-Chassis doing test and tune, I should have done that instead.
