S13xxx

Hey there, I have a euro spec s13 with stock rear bumper which is pretty much the same thing as jdm rear bumper except the license plate holder. I've searched the whole internet for this but found nothing. The question is if can convert the rear bumper's oblong license plate to a jdm square plate holder. I'm gonna put the jdm rear valances so I need them to fit with the license plate holder. I also like square plate holders visually. Any ideas will be appreciated.
