From my understanding it would just be easier to find another 240 without rust and just use your current car as a parts car. The rust on rails topic has been covered A LOT. Search the forum a bit, and you may find another solution to the one I provided. Good luck!!

drive the car till it is not drivable anymore and get a new shell like the other guy suggested! trust me i have owned 4 s13 and one s14 and it took me three s13's to realize that there is no point in fixing rust, it is the worst work you can do on a car and that shit will come back in a few years doesn't matter if you are doing a extra good job. especially if you have the famous frame rail rust
