I'm no professional engine builder, looks like you need new front cover.
But... You can always Mickey it, fill it with JB WELD! Jk, NO jb weld!!! Just buy a used front cover |

..lol I was thinking of going that route but you are I think I'm better of getting a new one , BUT now if I get a new one do I have to take the bloke and cover to get them both resurface to marry them to each other or you guys think a Lil difference is ok?

You aren't getting a new OEM front cover anywhere... Nissan doesn't make them anymore. As long as your block hasn't been decked there is no need to resurface the front cover. I'd look for a decent used one, inspect the pump & gears clean it up and throw it on.
