That's awesome but the OP already stated he pm'd, emailed, and called with no response; so it's safe to assume he can access their website fine. If anything, he was having trouble finding the thread about the group buy they posted about the new sub-frame brace which has disappeared for some reason.

hmm i talked to john often and i have not heard from him in a while, i know he was having some family issues, but he rectified all issues he had during that but maybe more family problems or some thing of that nature, i bought my haltech from him with no issues. i would just be a little patient and see if you hear from him

yeah i hope everything is ok, theres no one there to answer the phones, no one responds to e-mails, i dont know what to do. i heard he was havin problems back in FEB. but then i heard he got that all cleared up. Anyone know him personally or a way to get ahold of him??

dude i order a sr20 valve shim tool in september 09 and ive yet to receive it....ive got in contact with him a couple of times and he said he sent it out twice blah blah blah......tried callin him a few times this month and last and i havent been able to reach him

Yes file a dispute before you are over the time limit, also file a report with the local PD and contact a lawyer ( depending on the amount that you lost ) typically consultations are free so your not out anything.
