Your right, I just did a double take but the top should be the flush side, I have the same bushings in my car and they're awesome!
Nice setup though, going to be epic when done. Here's a pic of when I did mine,

Don't see any building going on, see a bunch of pictures of parts, and no progression. I don't see why that seibon hood was even purchased when you have itb's on that motor and they wont fit under that hood without cutting it up, much less you can forget running a strut tower brace.
Looks cool though, good luck.
