I traded my Bee*R Dual exhaust for the flywheel + cash.
I have some nice excel files that go with all my calculations. I also will show a progress on my build-up!

quick note to add on getting more response.
An equal lenght tubular manifold + aftermarket elbow does wonders. My turbo spools up so freely and quicker, it's incredible. I barely touch the gaz and I'm at 0 vacuum. It also makes the engine rev quicker. I love it. Great upgrade.
