There's a local SCCA guy with a SM2 car...an MRS with a 3.0 Camry motor and 5-speed...220HP...and it's gutted, something like ~2200lbs IIRC. It's FAST...!!!

anyways I went and saw some 240sx today, man what a waste of time, hopefully this next one will be a keeper!!! if not i'll settle for a mrs... either way the car i get is gonna be setup for grip

mr-s would probably handle better than an mr2. mr-s is like 2200lbs while mr-2 is anywhere from 2600-2800 turbo/na. there's going to be less snap oversteer from the lighter car.

just think honda crx lightness with the correct drivetrain lol. don't overkill on the horsepower or it'll be a hard to control monster.probably aim for under 250rwhp with an aftermarket lsd and a chromoly flywheel. should handle good and own a lot of people autoxing
