sorry 4 the noob question Just put my engine back in my s13 and now it has a high idle an at around 1500 and every few seconds it reves to a Lil over 2 grand on its ows aney ideas would be appreciated

Sounds like you got a vacuum like of some sort I would go back and make sure nothing is unplugged.
