the cheesiness was fantastic. Where else can you see the Rock break open a cast by flexing his biceps, take out a modified Predator drone by driving an ambulance van off a bridge and crashing into it, then ripping the machine gun off of it to take out a helicopter piloted by Nigerian terrorist lord?

My only complaint, not enough Race wars and Hector!

It's all entertainment, looking for everything to be real in a movie is A crazy and B if it wasn't added the movie would be boring.

I think I couldn't enjoy it just knowing they will never be the same and probably the last one. Killed it all for me

Nah, 8 & 9 are already confirmed. The series is planned to be an arc of 3 trilogies. PW will be missed, but I imagine the Tokyo Drift crew may fill that void.

Yeah looked like a segway for that Tokyo Drift lead to be in 8 and possibly moving forward.

Enjoyed how they retired Paul Walker's character with a Supra (throwback from first film) and in white to signify an angelic aura. Ending went pretty appropriately.

I enjoyed the film, I just wish they would've stuck to more of the car aspect of things such as the first one. I also agree with the above user, great symbolism of the white car.

Or maybe it was just the fact that it was Paul walkers actual supra lol. The color has nothing to do with what you said

and Idc Iif they are making more. Like i said they won't be the same. So it killed this moviefor me

regardless if its Paul Walker's personal Supra or not, the symbolism is intended. Its white, and took a separating road from Dominic as the song lyrics were something about leaving and saying good bye.

350+ million made in world wide release, looks to me a ton of people all over the world enjoyed the movie.

Now this I take issue with if it's true. That will be weird to me seeing a character that looks just like PW but isn't. I don't see a need for this. I was dissapointed that Lucas Black was only in as a Cameo... Maybe he will come back for 8, 9 etc. Also Paul's brothers are not doing the next movies, that's a nasty rumor.

To think.. the first Fast and Furious movie came out when I was 7 years old... haha.. I vote for at least another 7 of them

My only complaint, is they've strayed from the racing aspect, wish they'd go back to the roots of the original movie.

So I saw it, it was ok not oh wow such a great film. Good enough to not feel like wasted money. The rememberence message at the end was classy and respectful.

To me this ends the series. Paul Walker was a integral pivotal character to the theme overall.
It would kinda be like killing off Jack Baur in 24 but making more episodes of 24'without him.

It would wait a minute a primary character is missing and bringing in his look alike brother would be a band aid.

Not to say Hollywood has not done this in the past more often than not with TV series. There are a couple that come to mind when I was kid where this was done. Though on a whole its not a real common process.

Now if they made a spinoff with Dom and the crew under a non Fast and Furious moniker and brand then it would make perfect sense.

Paul Walker is dead the Fast and Furious was his main vehicle in film even more so than Vin Diesel.
They should honor him by ending the series here and doing something new.

there is a difference between Hollywood imagination and actually being able to dodge drone fire. if it was remotely possible then the terrorists would be doing it in yemen/afgan/Pakistan.

but they CAN'T. one shot one kill when it comes to drones, and that pretty much soiled the movie for me. again noting that is fast and furious anymore, they just throw a nitrous bottle in it to make it LOOK legit!

Well of course you have to remember it's Hollywood. It pretty much goes without saying these days in any action flick that stuff that just is impossible will happen.
Where you so suprised by this this time around. I mean come on a lot of the stuff in previous films was impossible too. You really think they could harness a real bank vault to 4'cars and drag it around a cityn? You really think they could jump cars hundreds of feet and have them land and still drive without a serious build out? They did that with a Ford GT.
Oh and let's look at parachuting cars running and have them land in a random hillside and immediately drive away.
I mean get real it's all fantasy. Take it like that chewing gum for the brain basically.
