My wife and I have been talking about the idea to move from florida and relocate somewhere with a better economy and what not, florida is just getting worse and worse. Her job has a location in charlotte so that means i would be the only one looking for a job after the move, but anyways, does anyone live there, has lived there? if you did/do ,could you give me some feedback of the area?

Charlotte is a very nice city , Plenty of stuff to do there , street wise drift is an awesome group of drifters out of charlotte , they have an event about every month.

I've lived in quite a few places, but lived in Charlotte for a while, and now Atlanta. My little brother still lives in Charlotte, and I really like it there a lot better. Far less traffic, the people from what I've seen were always nicer, and it's more relaxed to me. But if you live in Florida, I'd say take a road trip one weekend and see what you like if you're interested in the two. Just my .02 Good luck in your decisions man.

thanks for the input, im probably going to atlanta 4th of july weekend, but charlotte is a little farther so idk when ill be able to go there yet.
