The reason that they delayed this release is cause the warranty was running out on a lot of the 360's. 3 rings happens a lot after updates...

Xbox 360 was released on November 22, 2005. So add 3 yrs to that date...

i didn't really get the whole party thing. a friend invited me, and all it was was a chat i believe. i like the new dashboard though, everything is faster and not slow like the last one. i will wait for the "home" that sony ps3 is bringing out.

oh yeah, i almost freaked out after the update. my xbox made some weird noise like it was slowing down, but it was all good[no red rings]! w00t!

so how do you guys stream HD content to the 360? i just made the jump from XBMC, and i'm finding the 360 has no support for MKV video, which is what most HD rips seem to be. what program should i be using? i really want to watch iron man.
