You keep mentioning that lighter wheels spin to easily and lock up to easily I underrstand your theory (does not make mine or yours right) but where I am from having a car that you can't pedal properly without spinning or locking up is called poor driving not hey it happend because my wheels are to light Back to the origonal question what is to heavy for a sohc ka In MY opinoin you need all the help you can get because they don't make much power. I recommend getting the lightest wheels your budget can afford and/or save up and make more power then wory about wheels |

Where i live that is called having power at the wheels, no ABS nor traction control, and most importantly having fun. You miss the point again, so i will write it one last time. With heavy wheels: pedal to the metal, no spinning wheels. With 16lbs lighter wheel + tyre combo, pedal to the metal, spinning wheels. That is not a question of driving poorly, that is a question of reproducting the exact same protocol to get a valid comparison, which is exactly what testing is about Driving with lighter wheels REQUIRES to be better at controlling the car when you got some horsepower. And most posters here dont care, myself included. Sure, i'd prefer to be able to be a human ABS and traction control unit by myself, without even thinking about it. But i am not. I was not born on a track. I do no compete. I dont WANT to compete either. I just want to have fun driving my car, and that includes spinning tyres and feeling the back end breaking loose when i apply full throttle. Like most people here. This is zilvia, not NRR. |

I don't know any pro drivers and I do not watch much racing all of my knowledge is experience based
and you also made a coment trying to imply you have a high powerd car and I don't know what that is like the truth is I have the fastest s chassis InThe little shit hole town I live In so I know about having more power than the friction between the tire and road can handle Bottom line op has a sohc car and needs all the help the under powerd car can get so regardless of your theorys lighter is better in his case |

Buy Enkei PRF1s and call it a day. One of the world's lightest wheels, durable and not expensive. Then buy good tires for them. The tire selection can have a very significant impression on handling performance even for the novice driver, but as indicated above you probably wouldn't notice the difference if you bought lightweight wheels.

The other would just be to say you are a brainless prick that cant understand what a test protocol is. Your choice though, not like i care about an internet kiddo |
