they are nice, but I dont think that its cool to call other peoples stuff junk. I think my stuff is good enough, but I do get where you are coming from with alot of people on here having homey hookup tatts out of garages.

Only tats i would call junk are jailhouse tats other than that to each is own.

I get mine done in a friends basement and i haven't heard anything negative about mine.

Reviving an old thread.

I have finally decided its time for me to get a sleeve or half sleeve. Now I'm really interested in getting a irezumi / traditional Japanese tattoo
My Favorite one:

Others that I'm liking

That's basically the style I'm looking for but I want peony flowers involved.

Now my question is:
Does anyone know any capable artists in Southern California that can make my tattoo a reality?
I've already tried Onizuka Tattoo in Little Tokyo, Los Angeles but they have a 8+ month wait list at the moment, so I'm researching with not much success

It's a work in progress, I'm going further down my hand with those colors (and something going down the ring finger) and it's going further up my arm and wrapping over into a water color heart.

I love the mint color especially with orange and purple/red.

Went to a tattoo party on mischief night and got this little number. As far as my sleeve goes just got about an hour done the other day to give me more of a half sleeve. I should take some pics its really starting to come together but still sooooo far to go!
