rb20 continuity, power, ground.. and still no spark to one coil?

just swapped my car with ls2 coils and it ran perfect never idled better sounded awesome, but my tach didnt work.. it did before so i wanted to fix it. i accidentally touched a power wire to the signal wire for the 1st coil pack. ive swapped coils, ive xchecked fuses, grounds, checked wires all grounded/can be traced all the way to the ecu.. just cant get it to spark. ive taken my wiring harness out and checked everything nothing weird with it. idk im just lost no idea what to do, ive completely run out of ideas. other than i may have burnt out the ecu for that cylinder?

That will take out the signal amplifier for sure. Know from personal experience.
