well back in the day when i was doing things, this is how we did, it if u dont mind losing your lock, u cand get a slide hamer, with a hook end or a tee end, put in the hole and slam it out. or flat head and a hamer break the lock and turn. or just wait lol
good luck |

Also, if you don't have a key how did you ever open it in the first place?

do you normally drive around with your trunk unlatched? How do you close the trunk without locking it? this thread is so confusing. maybe before spending money on roll cages, you should make sure you have a little money set aside for unexpected things that have a way of coming up.

Trunk
WELL, MY TRUNK HAS BAD LIFT SUPPORTS AND NO KEY CYLINDER SO EVERYTIME I CLOSE THE TRUNK IT PUSHES THE LITTLE LEVER IN THE TRUNK THAT LOCKS IT... SO I HAVE TO PULL THE bLACK DUCT TAPE ON THE HOLE OFF AND I HAVE TO PICK THE LOCK EVERYTIME I WANT TO OPEN THE TRUNK UNTIL I GET MY KEY CYLINDER... I'M WAITING FOR THE SILVIA KEY LOCK COVER...

As for the OP's question, if you can't afford a $40 locksmith, how do you put gas in the car?

Dumb.
Ass. Thread. You know what you NEED to do but your ass is too poor to do it. Drive around till you can afford it. Or whatever. Drive it off a cliff. Pretty sure the trunk will open at that point. What are you expecting from us, some magical pixie dust that will fix all your problems?
