95 240sx starting issue after injector o ring

i have a 95 240sx stock.
no mods..
injector flooded out the 1st cylinder. i replaced with a functional injector. replaced all o ring. i pulled out the fuel rail as well.

to check if all injector are fuctioning...
- i put the key on ON position. just to make sure its not leaking.. or injector stuck open...
all injector was good no leak..

i checked all grounds everything was good...

i started right up.. right when i hit the trottle.. the car dies..

can you identify what i didnt do or what i missed ?

please reply
thank you

did you reconnect the vac line on the fuel pressure regulator? are the fuel lines installed backwards (aka return and feed lines reversed) if they were disconnected during service? did you pull the fuel pump fuse or remove the gas cap to relieve the pressure?

just some things to check.
