Back on 12/17/16 I sent payment to MiSuNdErStOoD for an S13 carrier bracket. I kept in contact with the seller every couple of weeks. He responded all the way up until 1/30/17. The item was never shipped out. I opened a claim through PayPal, and was given a refund as of 3/10/17. I did check his feedback prior to purchasing the item from him and it showed positive. I didn't expect this from him.
