S13 panel for a customer:
  • Satin black finish
  • Flushed AEM gauges
  • Flushed Greddy timer

Note: this goes out to anyone who wants custom work done. AEM gauges are by FAR the worst choice for gauges when it comes to custom mounting them somewhere. The bezels are just ridiculously tall... which when I flush them in they still stick way the hell out. The bezels are also a larger diameter than any other gauge. So in certain instances, because of the above two reasons, I can't even put these gauges in the same location or same way I would other gauges. Just a thought that I wanted to get out there

that is absolutely beautiful. never been a fan of AEM gauges, would definitely look better with Defi's or something.

I couldn't afford Defi's at the time and I got all of the AEMs on sale. With everything there and including what I paid Toby for the work, I came out just over 1k and Broadfields cost was about half.

Sorry for the hassle, Toby. I'll be sure to do it different next time

Actually the AEM were not an issue on your particular setup. It's mainly when I do the S14 panels. My only struggle was with the final finish coat. I think it's because we had a really weird period of high humidity and I couldn't get the paint to lay right. It's all good now though Thanks again for the business!

There is no texture on this piece.

Also, I do not use SEM Texture Coating on any of my work. I use SEM Chip Guard instead.

just finished installing my jdm dcc and mounted the power fc controller now that im running d jetro on my vvti 1j. Also retro fitted my innovate into the clock of my digital cluster. It uses the clock adjustment know for the calibration switch and i added a led into one of the spare blank indicator slots. Now i just need a new 02 sensor so i can calibrate it and get it accurate again.
