Love the build, but there is one thing that gets me; why weld 2 ARC intercoolers together versus just selling them buying and fabbing a core?

From the accident in the white z32 the end tank was missing pieces, so i made something out of the damaged parts.

I found Another ARC intercooler in my garage after doing some clean. I took the IC and the fuel tank to be cleaned/sealer/repaired. I should have them back mid next week.

I also bought some headlight covers and started on the wiring (chopping up a new harness , don't want any electrical gremlins).

The rear end is getting a re-fresher (new seals and bearings), and 5 lug conversion. Hope to have all that back by the end on next week

Received parts from PC . . . . . In the wrong color :-(

Gave it back to him and got it back in the color I wanted.

I also received my gas tank and started installing the rear end.

I'm currently in a rush just to get this car started. TUner will be out her on the 18th. I will worry about the ECU location and after the car is tuned.

A little more progress made. Was told a s13/s14 rad would fit perfect in the bay, I will test it out next week.

Will have a custom air box made in the future for now i will grab a filter for tuning.

The Exterior will be the same as the engine bay, which is Porsche white i think Pure white, Maybe Carrera White I have the paint code written down somewhere.

Hp should be in the 500-600rwhp range.

Thank You - currently looking up info for LS coils or maybe VW coils

I'll post my numbers. HOPEFULLY i can get this wiring completed. I just ordered some LS coilpacks (The Good Ones #10457730), and should be receiving those on Thursday. I cutting it really close but the factory layout of the harness will not work and I rather modify once. So it will be a Loooong week.

With 2 kids (2 months and 14 months) and a full time job that comes out to Maybe 2 hours a day to work on the car.

Some more progress as I get down to the wire (tuner will be here on SATURDAY!!!) he's coming to tune my z32, but i would like to get this bad girl up and running.

I kind of got ahead of myself when i installed the transmission the first time ( look at previous photos), I forgot to install the clutch fork, lol. Its all good only took 20 mins to pull transmission and reinstall.

I installed the exhaust ( Need 1 clamp for Mid-pipe to muffler)

Also installed wastegate with SCREAMER pipe.

Mocked up the Rear wing - - - Just for the hell of it.

I wish i knew someone with some 4 to 5 lug spacers and i would temp. install my wheels. But for now I will rock the stocks until i do the 5 lug conversion.

Nice work man. Good to see consistent progress, especially with a build this unique. A lot of people set out to do something different and don't really understand how much work it would take and give up half way through.

Sorry no real updates. I got Married a few weeks back and that took up a good amount of time.

the s13 radiator did not work, I ended up using a ae86 radiator and had custom mounting points made.

I need to find a alternator that will work or make a custom tension bracket and shorter belt.

Still waiting for the shop to get me my brake line built.

I did received my fuel tank back with it custom bulkhead and intank setup ( Didnt want an external pump). Now I need to take the take to get cleaned and sealed again.

I still havent finished the wiring, but I did find a mounting location for the ECU, so know I know where the wires need to go.

Pulled the dash so I could have it upholstered and have the factory gauges modified to with z32 digital internals

Been EXTREMELY busy with a new house purchase and remodeling ( Got rid of 2 rooms to make dinning/kitchen/living room larger). But still made some progress with a 2 and 3 year old running around and the wife having a different work hours than me give me about 4 hours a month to work on anything.

Got most 90% of the wiring complete Fuel and relay box installed. Found a older set of recaros seats. Just realized the diff end of my driveshaft is not correct bolt pattern.

Fuel system installed 100%
Working on brake system ( will probably do 2 calipers on rear one dedicated to ebrake function)

Need to send gauges out to see if a z32 gauges can be retro fitted ( might no be worth the hassle.

Just order CV axles for the rear and need to get 5 bolt hubs so i can finish up the rear end.
