I am having an issue with this neighbor across the street from my house. I know he sells drugs because he used to have people stop by for a second where he how exchange small brown paper bags and then the customers would gun it up the street and mind you it happened maybe 15-20 times every day. He eventually moved up to a new toyota corolla that he would arm and disarm the alarm every time I got out of my house to do something and he would drive the car up the street like a mad-man and the he would drive the car back to his original parking spot in reverse, yes REVERSE. My neighbors also said that he would harass them when they go outside, making comments in a low voice like "dirty ass Mexicans". He would also leave his house every time someone living around him left their house not to mention he would rinse the street and wash up dirt from the street on my cars. I am really tired of this crap and want to do something about it because he is getting bolder and bolder he even lays his money(small bills)on top of his car and even counts it on the way to his house. He is very arrogant and thinks no one is going to do anything because he thinks everyone is scared of him.Any advice please!!!!!

What you "know" and what you can prove are two very different things.

Not that I know everything, but that seems like an incredibly "Hollywood" way to sell drugs. Have people pull up at your house, 20-30 times a day, run in and run out, and then fly off down the street in their cars? I'd be telling every single one of those people never to come back to my neighborhood again if I was him. Drawing attention to yourself is the last thing you want, if you're selling drugs out of your home.

The cops aren't going to care if the runoff dirt from his driveway gets your cars dirty. They don't arrest people for being inconsiderate. That is something you need to handle on a personal level, or have the entire neighborhood show up at his front door.

If he regularly speeds down the street you could report it. They may send a squad car down to try and catch him in the act.

Make sure the customers see you, and make sure he sees you. His customers DEFINITELY don't want to be filmed, and I'm sure he doesn't either.

They'll stop coming around.

As for his dirtbag attitude, you'll have to find your own solution.

There are a few mid-life crisis residents on my street with Harleys and Corvettes/Vipers/hot rods/whatever other loud thing they fancy at the time. The three or four of them all hang out together on the street standing around their bikes and/or vehicles and are super terrible. Especially when they decide to ride their Harleys to work every day at 5-6 a.m.

The last thing you need is a paranoid drug dealer thinkin you're the cops or gonna narc on him or gonna steal his shit. That's how ppl end up with physical harm. If you really want to raid his pad then do it before u call the cops lol after all the cops would just seize his money as evidence, why let that money sit in an evidence locker when you could buy a motor swap or some new wheels haha

I'm sure you can log how often people stop by his house. Record that for a week, call the cops with your findings, next thing you know you have a cop sitting on your street for a few hours at a time. Get that cops cell number so you can call him with the quickness.

These dudes don't like people interrupting their business, so I hope you get shit taken care of. I'm sure the dude doesn't own the house. Find out who does. Let the landlord know someone is slanging drugs out of his house. Eviction notice FTW.

Just set up a discreet camera to record a single days activities, then give that to the police. The last thing you want is for this dude to know it was YOU who got him busted. That is if he's even dealing drugs at all, who knows, maybe he's just an arrogant prick that sells pork chop sandwiches out of his house.
