look under the vent and see if you wipers are connected. It sounds like 1 i not connected to the other. Your motor is fine if one side is working.

I'm having the same problem, by any chance does yours make a buzzing sound? I am not 240 savvy, this is my first s13 coupe and I don't really want to experiment with it without knowing much.

yeah. it does make a buzz sound. like if its trying to do it, but it cant

hahaha. i havnt got the chance. working 12hrs a day sucks. ill check this weekend. but did you try EVOViii808 advice?
