Another S14 Zenki Headlight problem

So my driver side headlight decided to go
both the high beam and H4 bulb dont work
also my driver side fender harness is chewed from tire rub its not too bad but there is some exposed wire now if one bulb goes would the other not work as well? i dont want to throw parts at it just yet any in sight will would be helpful

Fix your wiring issues first, then work downstream of the damage. Some of the wires are shared left to right, however it is possible that one works and the other doesn't.

Something caused the fuse to blow. They don't just fail. Replacing it doesn't fix the problem, so don't be surprised to have it happen again.

Im pretty sure its the fender harness ill have to go through it at one point and tuck it higher that and buy a whole fuse box since mine is ghetto rigged
Also your SR20VET is killer man just thought id say that haha
