Was just informed by Brian of Veilside about an issue with these mirrors for US cars as he had 240's. Nothing a DIY guy can't handle:

VeilSide 6:55 pm
(6:55:01 PM): they are power and all that
(6:55:14 PM): but the plugs for the US cars are different than the Japan cars
(6:55:21 PM): it's pretty simple, only 3 wires per side
(6:55:28 PM): but I just wanted to put in my 2 cents

You should also mention that these mirrors are designed for RHD, so the max/min adjustment range for the driver and passenger sides will be slightly off. It may cause a problem for those "knit-picky" types

plugs are not the same you need to solder the oem ones onto the lights.
