YEEEEESSS!! It doesn't look like the concept car anymore! They took styling points from it, and it looks like it was put into fusion with the R34 body style and stance.
I like it a lot. (And I hated the concept car). The car looks very promising aerodynamically too.

This is one of the few, "concept cars" from this generation that I'm pleased with as a whole.
The roof line still has the jagged lines but I believe they will smoth that out.

I still like the whole package. Yea, kinda G35-esque, but then again the G35 is sexy, sooooo...I actually like the roof line personally. Over-all i think this looks more like a $100k sports car then the R34 did.

It's super hot as is.
I love the design, even the parts that some of you guys consider quirky. Too bad I won't be able to trade my evo in on one, since the price is projected to be around $75k. Rumor has it that it may be called a Nissan Skyline GTR in the US, due to name recognition. |

Wow! That's all I can say! The still photos are ok, but when you see the suspension compressed in the action photos, woooo, makes me want to sell a kidney to be first in line to buy one. There are still a few funky parts to the overall design, but I have a feeling those will grow on me and become endearing features as time goes on. I don't mind that it'll be called the "GTR" although it would be nice to see "SKYLINE" on there somewhere, but it won't be long until someone in the aftermarket comes out with decent badging to add on there. Viewed close the wing does look funny, but in motion, it almost looks like it's floating above the trunk, with the two-tone coloring it has. My guess is that it's all Carbon Fiber, just color-matched on the top half. When this car comes out, it's going straight to the top of my list of dream cars. wow. As far as possible engines, just looking at the hood and the huge exhaust pipes, I'm willing to bet that it's a TT V8. Displacement maybe 4.2-4.5 liters? I can only imagine how much of a demon it would be with a few tweaks here and there, much like the holy grail RB engines. Oh well, i'm done rambling on. Thanks for the pictures, you've got me all excited about the GTR again!
