i had the same problem with mine hitting, your gonna have to clock the turbo until it just barely fits

See how I have the S15 Actuator bar, the hump is facing up. Unclip it from the wastebracket on the turbine via the C-Clip. Than spin the bar 180* and your good to go.

The top fits better with the 90* going into the turbo coolant inlet.

The middle looks like an S13 SR kit. The coolant return line with the hose and clamp fitting goes into the hardline between the motor and the firewall.

The bottom one I'm not sure.

I tightened the fitting as much on the turbo as i can. Still not enough clearance between the fitting and the actuator bar.

loosen fix the angle then tighten again
