ka tranny with sr20

would this work or would i have to get a different tranny for the sr20? currently i have a ka24e

from what i understand you just need to swap the bell housing. never had to do it myself or paid much attention, so dont quote me on that.

yes you can do the swap on it. Just switch the bell housing and everything should bolt up correctly. I am actually in the process of doing this, but i am stuck right now because there is a little pin holding me back from removing the bell housing. I have a buddy who will be helping me later on this week with it or when we have the time because I am not really in a rush. I did some research and found out that the gear ratio between a sr tranny and ka tranny are similar alike.
