if you are a scum bag short seller who sells on the down ticks. Which used to be against the rules until that idiot Cox at the SEC decided to remove that rule. It causes complete market volatility and is not a good thing.
It really shows a person(short selling on the down tick) with no moral or ethical compass. I will not say anymore than that on the subject,
