Curious about Nevada emissions
We're considering moving to Carson City towards the end of the year from Sacramento. Mainly to start fresh and what not but also to escape the "no mod land" of California. I checked the Nevada emissions laws online and was wondering how/what was involved in passing with sr or rb swaps? Or any swap of that nature. Thanks in advance.

here you go. depends on where you live.
Nevada Emissions Control Program specifically this section would apply. As you can see Tampering is treated the same there as it is here. If its modified you don't pass until it is fixed. The difference though between here and there is the police don't head hunt tuner cars. http://www.dmvnv.com/pdfforms/ec2.pdf
