S14 ABS Brake Bleeding Problem

Before anyone tell me too, use the search button, i found MULTIPLE threads and site guiding me to bleeding my brakes,

(note the brake pedal was perfect no mush when stepping down also no issues with BMC)

I was in the process in swapping out my brake system with z32 with lines, I read that i have to disconnect the power or the ABS actuator, so i disconnected the power line instead, i started with the Rear right then rear left and right front and driver front, when i bled the rear it shot up like a geyser and proceeded on to the front, when i started bleeding the front, it didn't shoot out once i have my partner push the brake 30 or more times, it slowly oozes out, this happens on both sides of the calipers, also another thing i seen, the caliper pistons sinks backs down once the brake pedal is down all the way. i eventually got tired and switched back to the original 240sx brakes and everything happen again, As i was reading the other forums it could be my BMC? is there anyway i can verify if my BMC is shot before having to purchase a new bmc? Am i forgetting to do something? im really stressed right now, My beater was stolen today and i am not relying on my project car to get to work. any positive input is appreicated. here is some of the threads i researched.

Make sure the bleeder ports are at the TOP of the calipers, not the bottom... Otherwise there will always be air in the system. With Z32 brakes and stock BMC, you will notice pedal feel is a bit mushier but not to the floor or anything. A Z32 BMC definitely makes a world of difference... But then you'd have to spend an hr or so bench-bleeding it.

Correct bleeding order:

LEFT REAR

RIGHT REAR

RIGHT FRONT

LEFT FRONT

Also, as you are bleeding the brakes, make sure to keep the reservoir full... If it gets empty, it will allow air back into the system.

The pistons are going to sit back down a bit once the pressure to them bleeds off... Think about the implications if they didn't do this

Also, close the bleeder port as soon as the guy pumping's foot hits the floor so you know he didn't allow the pedal to come back up.

Unfortunately, bleeding brakes is time consuming... I prefer to use a Mity-vac & do it by myself.

Thank you for the advise, all that you stated, i have done correctly, one thing i did forget to mention is that the BMC only goes low when i do the rear brakes, when i bleed the front, the BMC fluid does not go down, i am assuming there is large amount of air within the system? i also bought the cheap autozone tube with the cup to make sure all the bubbles are coming out.
