90 s13 door pin help

I have a sagging driver side door and realized one of the bushings for the lower hinge pin was missing. I pulled the top one no issue. Tried pulling the botton and what happened? The head of the pin broke off. No bit deal right? Wrong...the pin is stuck in there. I have tried a punch and hammer, and current have pb blaster soaking it. Anyone have a good idea here? I'm thinking about heating it and using a punch next.

Remove door hinge
Throw in trash
Buy new/replacement hinge
Replace hinge

Dont bother with the pins..shitty setup and never seen a new pin and bushing last after repair

Was thinking about drilling out but of course if I could get it out without taking the door off, that would be nice.

Remove the hinge? The piece with pin stuck in it is that not welded omt the door itself?
