Rpms goes up slow, like my car isn't pulling hard at all. It takes awhile to pick up speed. Anyone know the issue?

Might wanna give us more info and idea on what the heck you've done to fix it. Kinda hard to just throw random ideas with the very in-depth description of your issue.
