I unplugg the maf stock sr one an idle doesn't change that means its bad right? An there a very bad smell of gas fumes is this due to the maf? First ever sr swap an oh yea this maf is located on the coldside intercooler pipe

unplugged maf should Kill the car or make it run Horrible.
At least Mine did and My car has a similar issue but under load it just runs real LEAN.

Sounds like a Bad MAF.Otherwise TPS would cause a Rough run.

See Tech section - Ditch Cold side maf - other guy having the same problem.

It idles around 1000 rpms also
