Its a blown HG, get a fresh $40 OEM gasket from the dealer, $120 ARP head studs and be done with it. As much as some people have given you shit for your RB20 nut swinging ways, its not an end all issue.

4G63, Big16G and a R154, the swap is actually pretty simple from what I have heard. Also fuck F series motors, K or bust.

If you really want a cool swap, punch out a S13 block to 2.3-2.4L run a VE head and ITBs, FWD guys are making 315+whp on pump.

No, go with a 92x92 setup on a SR with a VE head, would give you a SR24VE.

Sticking with a big 16G because you don't need any more power than 400whp on a S13.

ahh gross I'd never buy a SR, sorry. although the sound of having a square engine would be nice.

When you can get 400whp out of a 16g, you let me know they are already falling on their face before 350-crank. Thats 20g territory.

I know this because I had one on my GSX and could only get 330whp max out of it. and it was MAX, I unplugged my wastegate line, and boost was still dropping to 24psi by 6500 rpm.

I made 430 awhp with a old school EVO 3 16g in a Galant VR4 with a the old 6 bolt motor.
This was many years ago. I'm sure people have done even better than that over the years.
Some times it's best to just not talk.

you are saying a 16G is comparable to a GT30R or 20G?

be realistic, they flow 38lb/min. unless you are running race gas or Ethanol with timing through the damn roof you will never see those numbers.

lol I've owned and built quite a few dsm's myself, and I can say that on pump gas you will not get 430awhp out of a 16g. unless it's a high reading dyno.

and when I made my original statement, I meant on pump gas.

you could probably make a damn T25 get you 400whp with enough timing and throwing it way past fail rate

A T25 will not get to 400hp on VP Import.
The 16g will get there on pump gas with alcohol injection.
You don't know shit about DSM's if you don't know this. Do you even know who Curt Brown is or Joe Bucci? Ever been to the shoot out?
