cars runs weak and rick

my s13 is running not according to speed and it runs rich I'm new to nissan I need help.

Take it to a shop. you'll get more help there than you will here.

But just for future reference

1. List car engine specs/ mods
2. A detailed summary of your problems.

But to start you off, check your timing. If you don't know how to do that, google it.

its a ka24de all stock I got new spark plugs, wires, fuel filte, air filter basic tune but I'm goin to check my timing 20 degrees. I'm goin to check my compressiom tomorrow though.

btw the car smells like gas when I turn it on is it possible that is a air leak

my sr was stinking gas until i change the o-rings.... you might want to look into it....

get a file and clean your grounds for headlights, engine block..on front chassis big difference
