Stop making Oregon look bad. But back on topic I too would like to find out what shops you guys go to around the area besides PSI. I just want to get my brakes cleaned up / prepped for powder coat and don't know where I should take them. Also would like to drive out to the Thursday meet sometime and meet some of you guys o_0

Yeah that's an another options. You could possibly buy a car with SR swapped for around $3.5k plus some modifications. Did Alex call you about the engine? |

I lived in Japan for 4 years...from what I've seen, people throw away RB20s. FACT!!! I've seen more SR20 equipped cars that originally had RB20s in them than anything else or upgraded to an RB25/26.

i.e Laurel, Cefiro, GTS-T Also correct me if I am wrong. There is only 1 kind of RB20det with 215ps. Weather it came out in 80s or 90s. The one you were talking about is RB20ET with 170ps. But that doesnt mean it's a "turd" LOL. |

The only times I've seen people still rocking RB20s in their cars were on drift missiles. From what I've been told, its because they simply wont fucking die no matter the amount of abuse they put the damn things thru. I knew one guy who bought an R32 missile, never changed the oil in it, was driving it with almost no oil on the dipstick, literally trying to blow the engine up so he got a reason to do something else, the RB20 wont give him that satisfaction. SR20s are the opposite, something happens to it oil related, it goes kablooooey!!!.
