Ka24de Issue

I have this issue with my dual cam, the issue is when i start the car it runs and idles fine. But when i take it for a drive the engine wont rev past 3500rpms. if i give the engine full throttle it makes this gargling sound from the intake. Sometimes it will rev high but it looses all torque and makes the gargling sound as well. I have replaced the MAF sensor, Knock Sensor, TPS Sensor, 02 sensor, The Coil, Spark plugs, Ignition switch. I have a walbro in the car and did a hot wire so it gives the fuel pump more power and flows more fuel. Im at the point where im going to do an sr20 swap. Ive thrown to much money trying to figure out why this dual cam wont run right. Since i have this issue. if i move to an sr20 swap will the same problem accure? I could use some help please.

Did it do this before you wired the extra wires to the fuel pump

Im planning on going with the sr20det. But will this issue happen again when i do the swap or could this be an issue with the ka harness and ecu?

have you checked all of the grounds, especially the engine harness grounds. sounds like a loose ground.

Yeah all my engine grounds are hooked up. Ill review them again to make sure. But im planning on getting rid of the ka. It has a bad noise in the head and im to lazy to pull the engine apart. And I've been planning on doing an sr for awhile.

No the ecu is stock, so is the entire engine. The car would work and drive fine three months ago. And one day I was driving the car just ended up not lettting me rev past. 3500 rpms.
