2003 Mitsubishi Evolution VIII RS
172X,XXX mi Clean Title SMOG LEGAL Price: $15,000 OBO Open to all offers. If i remember zilvia right, u gotta price high to avoid ka s13 with megan coils + $2k trades jk... sorta. All trades welcome, but ideally id like to get some cash out of this. I can add for the right car though. would love an s2000 or swapped 240z. I am the third owner that I know of. This car came with a folder full of receipts of the major maintenance done. Car has a light tune by Alfred at Tuning Technologies (have the numbers and dyno in the folder). They also did a rebuilt transfer case and the 120k miles maintenance (timing belt, water pump, pullys and tensioners). Most of the major work after that was done by Road Race Engineering (a rear diff leak, and some diagnostics). I have all the paperwork. This car has lived the life of a daily driver. I got it with 120k miles and its my every day car. Has some slight dings and scratches in the paint of course. As you can see in the pictures, it comes with a Lancer ES wingless trunk. Silver isnt a perfect match and paint kinda sucks, but it will also come the original trunk with wing. I will also come with the stock 17x8 wheels too. Kept the mods light and tasteful. I wanted to build it into a track beast some day, but someone out there might take advantage of the potential of this car more than me. Kinda sad, but then I got a bike. I also have a bunch of the stock parts: airbox, etc Heres a list of mods: Engine: AEM Carb legal intake with EO Sticker 3" downpipe Cobb Tuning 3" exhaust Injen lower intercooler piping OEM Evo 9 BOV GM 3port Walbro 255 DNA motorsports radiator (was going to replace with a koyo, but its been leak free for the 5ish years ive owned the car) Will come with a Megan Racing test pipe that the car was tuned for, but a new OEM Catalytic Converter will come installed. I paid out the ass for this like 6-700 bucks. Suspension and Bushings: OEM Evo MR Bilstein shocks and springs Energy Suspension polyurethan engine mount bushings Drivetrain and Wheels: Works short shifter Works shifter bushings (cage and the engine bay ones too) Competition Clutch (its sprung and not a 6 puck, but the previous owner installed it) OEM Evo X Enkei wheels 18x8.5 all round with 255/35/18 Hankook V12s Interior and Electrical: Alpine Headunit Pioneer mids 2x 12" Kicker CV something subs Rockford Fosgate capacitor Theres a bunch of amps too. Dunno how many watts the system is cuz I dont know car audio, but the previous owner worked at an audio shop. It does bump, enough to make your ear hairs vibrate and itch. STM small battery kit with Odyssey PC680 Defi Gauges with apparently a rare radio cover mount panel Boost Oil Pressure Exhaust Gas Temp Greddy Counterweight Shift knob (id really like to keep this for sentimental reasons though) Exterior: Just tint, a decent fitting eBay urethane MR lip, and OEM Window Visors Also want to note that i did not remove the louvers in the hood vent like everyone likes to do for some reason Some cons: Power Steering pump is starting to go out Some scratched and dings in the paint small scratch in rear driver side window tint (like a half inch long ish) one of the rear passenger armrest felt is loose on a corner. i rarely go back there so i forget which side. Lancer trunk paint doesnt match 100% more current pic older pic Last edited by BongateerZ32; 04-13-2017 at 11:57 PM.. Reason: forgot some stuff |
