Anyone running an nx2000 cluster in an rb s13?
I see it in in some s13s and i think it looks sweet but have yet to see it with an RB. Was wondering who has done it successfully and if you can give any pointers or a write up or something. I would also be willing to purchase a plug and play one if someone can.

I saw someone's hatch at 100 Drifters of December that had an RB25 and ran one of these. I don't have one but wiring shouldn't be too bad. You might need a Dakota Digital speedo interface.

wiring should be the same since you are installing it into the same chassis, however you will need a Dakota RPM Signal converter and a Dakota Speed signal converter if you want to have a correct signal display.

They are easy to install. I have mine coming in later this week.
1. Switched Power and Ground like any gauge you've installed 2. Input from ignitor 3. Send it to your tach 4. Adjust accordingly http://www.dakotadigital.com/pdf/sgi-8d.pdf Edit: oops I didn't see that originally you're looking for installing the entire cluster...I know I've search for it before and found some ok tutorials. |

Here is a write up i made awhile back. Message me if you have any questions. Pretty straight forward wiring setup.

Do NX clusters not have the resistor screw for adjusting the tach like S13 & S14 do? Would save you a lot of trouble with that Dakota bullshit.

I dont believe so. I would also assume that whatever you need to get the rb working properly with a regular s13 cluster would be the exact same for the nx cluster.

you need a cluster pig-tail from a analog cluster.
