Custom intake manifold for ka-t. I gained over 40whp with the same design on my ka-t setup on the same psi with just a retune. I have sold a few of these from time to time on ka-t forums.

Flanged for q45 tb
3/8" vacuum port for brake booster
Iacv flange
welded shut pcv ports.
