We are in the process of finding a test car for dyno, once dyno is done will post the result on our web page.

For the believers can proceed ordering right away directly from our website or our authorized distributors you prefer.

For the non-believers can wait until we post the dyno graph.

Energy Halo has the same OD as the throttle body, hence the ring will fit inside your existing pipimg, nothing will change.

Correct me if I am wrong but I don't think Tornado was ever dyno proven. Frankly speaking I personally bought one for my 1995 Nissan 240SX back in year 1996 and paid $75.00, though I didn't get to dyno it back then so I can't say if there are gains (mental gains maybe).

Another thing about Tornado is the construction of that product is made from some type of thin filmament, the photo might look like a solid construction but it actually isn't.

Perhaps we should get a Tornado equipped KA and do a dyno comparison with a Energy Halo KA.

We should have the KA dyno graph next week as we already scheduled the car for testing.

The Energy Halo is at just the infancy stage, once we start to develop for more cars and also venture into the Domestic market the proven results will build stronger reputation for the product.

The test is only valid if all constants remain the same.

1) the car
2) the dyno
3) the day for that matter (humidity etc)

I am curious if there is any power gain. Potential is definitely there for a cleaner burn.

Yes we know he is joking, but I wasn't joking when I mentioned I bought a Tornado back 20 years ago or so since he mentioned about that product.

So far with all the dynos we have done on BRZ/FRS/GTR R35/SR20/S2000/G37/Honda Fit, all showed positive gains. KA dyno will come shortly.

I consider this item similar to the concept of say putting in a drop in K&N filter, is K&N drop in filter going to make massive gains? No, but will it make gain on all cars, yes. How much gain, that depends on each car but a few HP here and there I am sure can be accomplished with it.

The good thing about Energy Halo is the gain so far shows consistency, I doubt anyone will lose power with it. On the other hand for highly boosted engine made dramatic improvements like the dyno we've done on a 18psi boosted S13 SR20 with Tomei ARMS turbo upgrade (+10rwhp). We are currently seeking highly boosted cars (20-30psi) to test on for testing as well.

Pulsar 70mm throttle for SR20 not yet on the plate, though probably not enough people with this throttle body to make it worth a product line. We will get to it when we finish off the applications planned on hand first.

at 10psi I would estimate about 3-5rwhp hp/torque gain and improve power curve in throttle response and torque all across the board. Youl should be able to feel the gain after the install taking the car for a drive, everyone noticed the gain on both normally aspirated and force induced engine.

Your HP/Torque gain is your discount.

If you do make the 70mm version, would it work with other 70mm throttle bodies? MY greddy v2 intakemani only accepts the pulsar tb. I was thinking about buy the hypertune 70mm tb. Would your halo work with their tb?

We won't know for sure until we have a Hypertune one for test fitment, although both are 70mm the degree of tapering inside the throttle body and flapper door size can vary
